Planisware Administrator& User Support
Responsibilities Make an impact 1st level technical and IT support of the Planisware Project Portfolio Management tool and related core business processes worldwide, primarily handling incoming incident tickets and requests. Provide technical support to end-users. Investigating and triaging issues, functional Configuration of business specifications. (Project templates, business logic configuration, calendar, etc.), provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively use Planisware for their project management needs, assist in testing and implementing updates or new features within the Planisware system as required, support of the Interfaces to other modules or applications, create, maintain and update user and system documentation. Application Requirements What you need to succeed Bachelor’s degree in IT, Management, Data Science or equivalent, effective communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated team player with strong customer service orientation, understanding of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and resource capacity planning solutions, understanding of Planisware application configuration and customization possibilities is an advantage, 3-5 years of relevant experience in above fields, excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.
