Planer Mill Supervisor
Corinth, MS Area
Shift: Willing to work days, nights and weekends as necessary.

Must have a minimum of 2 years of lumber manufacturing, or 5 years of other industries. Lumber grading certification is preferred.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Be willing to work nights and weekends as necessary Must have experience supervising production crews of 10-20 team members Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word Work in both hot and cold temperatures Lift 50 lbs and work at heights when needed Be able to climb stairs, elevated work platforms, ladders and walk on uneven terrain Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce cost, and maximize value Manage budgeting

Required Competencies:

Ability to accurately follow instructions and have strong organizational and leadership skills Detail and result oriented and have excellent communication skills

Education and Experience:
