Liderear y ejecutar las actividades que se requieran realizar con el proveedor y equipo interno para evitar cualquier impacto al OTR. Responsable de ingresar de manera diaria la base de datos de Facturas y solucionarlas aquellas facturas con problemas, trabajar en la mejora continua para evitar recurrencias. Responsable de monitorear los materiales recibidos y no facturados, solicitar el estado de cuenta a los proveedores para asegurar el pago de los materiales recibidos, trabajar en la mejora continua en este procesos para evitar recurrencias. Responsable de monitorear de manera diaria problemas de recibos, solucionarlos en menos de 3 días y trabajar en la mejora continua en este proceso para evitar recurrencia. Responsable de dar seguimiento a las actividades que se requieran en los cambios de ingeniería, Vave, Tacticos y NPI. Responsable de monitorear los atributos de planeacion, asegurando veracidad en atributos. Responsable del llenado del reporte de cortos de manera diaria y confirmacion de re-compromisos Responsable de analiza, detectar y tomar las acciones necesarias para los componentes que no tenga el inventario Optimo de acuerdo al tiempo de Entrega del proveedor. Monitoreo de niveles de inventario en programa de materiales de SOMI ( VMI). Es responsable de hacer actividades de mejora continua en la cadena de suministro. Analizar e identificar materiales en riesgo después de la carga de forecast. Es responsible de la escalación y comunicación de materiales en riesgo ( de acuerdo al proceso de escalación). Es responsable de resolver y negociar problemas de mantenerlos en riesgo con proveedores para mantenerlos en riesgos con proveedores.
