Job Title: Plan Coordinator

Type: Permanent, Full - time (37.5 hrs per week)

The Plan Coordinator role is introduced to enhance programme planning activities, with a clear focus on organising and coordinating the subordinate project-planned work.
Essential Job Functions
Planning and Scheduling:
Develop and manage the project schedule, timelines, and milestones.
Coordinate with project managers to ensure the successful execution of plans.
Communication:
Ensure that all parties are kept informed about the plan's status, including any changes or potential delays.
Resource Management:
Verify the allocation of resources from various teams to ensure the project remains on track.
Monitor and collaborate with the Programme Director, Programme Managers (PMs), and team leaders to adjust resource allocation, preventing conflicts or shortages.
Problem Solving:
Identify potential risks or issues that might impact the plan and take proactive steps to address them.
Collaborate with the programme management team to address conflicts during the planning and execution.
Monitoring Progress:
Monitor the plan's progress and work with the Programme Director, Project Managers, and domain leaders to ensure that tasks are completed on schedule.
Modify timelines as needed to accommodate unexpected changes or delays.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
Establish a comprehensive budget and update the programme forecast to reflect actual costs and any necessary alterations accurately.
Monitor budget performance to identify variances – suggest a potential course of action if variances continue.
Produce precise Programme Financial reports.
Conduct financial health assessments at critical programme stages.
Proficiency in Tools: Microsoft Project, Excel for programme financial control
