Job Description:
A well-regarded plaintiff personal injury firm in Richmond Heights is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Plaintiff Paralegal to join their team. This is a hybrid role offering a combination of in-office and remote work. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting attorneys in personal injury matters and be comfortable handling a caseload from intake through settlement or trial.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery documents

Manage case files and maintain case deadlines

Conduct client intakes and maintain regular communication throughout the case

Collect, review, and summarize medical records and bills

Prepare medical chronologies and demand packages

Assist attorneys with deposition and trial preparation

Coordinate with experts, medical providers, and opposing counsel

Calendar court dates, depositions, and other case-related deadlines

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation preferred

Strong knowledge of Missouri court rules and procedures

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Proficiency in legal case management software and Microsoft Office

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Professional communication skills and client-focused mindset

Schedule:

Hybrid (2 days remote, remainder in-office)

Full-time, 40 hours per week
