The Placement Deputy Director for Property and Casualty business lines will be based in Mexico City (Arcos Bosques). This is a hybrid role which requires of working at least three days a week in the office.

Contribute with your risk expertise to analyze client’s current and historical exposures, request, analyze and compare insurance proposals, negotiate with different insurance companies, develop strong technical insurance conversations with markets and clientsStrong knowledge of insurance, reinsurance, and risk managementShow commitment, responsibility and proactive mindset to achieve the company results

What you need to have: 

Degree in Business Administration, Actuary, Industrial Engineering, or related6+ years of Property and Casualty experience, including strong knowledge of P&C coverages (Placement or Underwriting), risk analysis and ReinsuranceCreativity to design and suggest different insurance schemes, according to our client´s needsFluency in EnglishStrong leadership, broking and teamwork skillsAssertive verbal and written communication (internal and external)
