We are seeking an experienced PL/SQL Developer to join our team. In this role, you will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining database solutions for our Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence applications. Your work will directly impact our data-driven decision-making processes, ensuring our systems are efficient, robust, and aligned with business requirements.
What you'll be doing
Develop and test programs using PL/SQL for Data Warehouse (DW) and Business Intelligence (BI) applicationsCollaborate with business analysts to understand requirements and ensure deliverables meet business needsCreate and implement data processing pipelines and ETL workflowsPrepare detailed technical specifications and conduct code reviews to identify and resolve issuesStandardize and optimize software development practicesEstablish best practices to enhance development productivity, adhering to programming principles and techniquesResearch and integrate new technologies to keep solutions technically advancedTroubleshoot and resolve issues in ETL processes, ensuring system reliability
What you'll bring along
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or a comparable qualification.Minimum 5-10 years of experience in PL/SQL Hands-on experience with Oracle 19c or newerKnowledge of version control tools (Git/SVN) and CI/CD pipelines using JenkinsFamiliarity with ETL tools and SQL database integration (Oracle and PostgreSQL)Experience with Data Warehousing concepts and exposure to Data Lakes and Data VaultsUnderstanding of cloud platforms, particularly Azure, OCI, or AWSAbility to work collaboratively with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designsFamiliarity with agile methodologies, including Scrum, and Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices is a plusExperience in the insurance industry is an advantageExcellent command of both spoken and written English Document .style{ width:930px;padding:15px;}.font-text{ font-family: customfaa3f6eee6874329a13ae; font-size: 16px; font-type:ttf; font-style: Medium;}
