In this role, you will:

Be primary responsibility of this role would be to support Production Incidents and own the Incident till closureThis role requires a thorough, detailed, creative, and sharp analytical candidate who can effectively collaborate with others to identify cause of Production IN and follow up actions until closure of INResponsible for the operation stability, integrity and availability of products and servicesCandidate should be ready to work in UK shiftReady to be available for on-call support on rotational basisProactive to perform regular health checks of infrastructures and serviceProactive to perform monitoring and handle alertsCandidate can conduct PIRReady to support deployment and maintenance activities on weekend on rotational basisMember should be able to respond to technical queries / requests from team members and customersPerform additional duties as assigned by leadership teamMember should be open to learn tool getting used with in team and bank
