Job Title: Piping Supervisor
Department: Construction
Location: Project Site
Reports To: Construction Manager / Superintendent
Contract Duration: ~5.5 months (Mid-Sept 2025 – Feb 2026)
The Piping Supervisor oversees the execution of piping works on-site in compliance with project schedules, safety, and quality standards. As a key interface between subcontractors, site management, and engineering, this role ensures that all piping activities are coordinated, monitored, and delivered efficiently.
? Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily piping construction activities and manage subcontractor performance
Enforce and monitor HSE compliance in accordance with the SITE HSE PLAN
Review and approve work permits and ensure work is done with up-to-date documentation
? Qualifications & Skills:Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent field experience
Minimum 8 years of experience in piping construction on industrial projects (oil & gas, petrochemical, process plants)
Strong knowledge of piping standards, materials, and installation practices
Familiarity with HSE and quality systems on construction sites
Excellent coordination and supervisory skills
Ability to read and interpret isometrics, P&IDs, and technical drawings
Proficiency in preparing reports and punch lists
Fluent in English; knowledge of French is a plus
Experience working with EPC contractors is preferred
Assist in the preparation of additional work orders (change requests)
Track material issues with the Materials Manager (e.g., piping, cables, instruments)
Monitor progress reports and validate reported advancement
Review subcontractor detailed schedules and provide feedback
Verify "as-built" documentation for accuracy and completeness
Create and manage punch lists and ensure their timely resolution
Conduct and participate in site meetings with subcontractors and vendors
Perform quality control checks as per standards and procedures
Provide technical assistance on engineering/construction interfaces
Submit daily site activity and workforce reports
Continuously communicate project feedback and improvements
