Seeking a skilled pipefitter to independently execute medium-complexity mechanical assemblies involving black pipe, copper, PVC, and tubing in accordance with hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams.

Job Requirements:

One-year technical certificate or equivalent combination of education and experience

Minimum 5 years of relevant pipefitting experience

Ability to interpret blueprints, pneumatic and hydraulic diagrams

Proficient in reading technical documentation, procedures, and specifications

Familiar with J.I.C. pipefitting standards and safety regulations

Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds and working in physically demanding environments

Must supply own tools and PPE

Regular and predictable attendance required

Preferred Skills:

Proficient in SCH40 black/galvanized pipe layout and installation

Proficient in L-series copper layout and sweating

Proficient in SCH80 PVC pipe layout and installation

Experienced in tube bending and header layout

Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic component functions (valves, FRLs, etc.)

Ability to set working pressures and valve sequencing

Familiar with pressure testing, component installation, and system flushing

Job Responsibilities:

Lay out and install piping systems using various materials for hydraulic and pneumatic applications

Assemble mechanical structures in line with technical drawings and J.I.C. specifications

Mark changes on drawings and ensure updated documentation

Maintain clean and organized work area per quality and safety protocols

Follow safety, environmental, and quality system requirements

Identify safety/environmental concerns and report accordingly

Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing efforts

Pay Details: $16.00 to $21.00 per hour
