Job Description
•Assign tasks and resources for each daily activity.
•Meet with employees to clarify their daily tasks.
•Coordinate jobsite crews, subcontractors, managers, and suppliers.
•Interact with clients, inspectors, and regulatory representatives.
•Document daily progress and review with the Project Engineer or Project Manager.
•Adjust assignments, resources, and schedules for the next day.
•Monitor job site activities , coordinate and balance activity to ensure that the daily plan is achieved, making adjustments in assignment as necessary for the master plan, schedule, and budget
•Develop weekly/daily Project Work Plans using relevant documents.

Skills and Requirements
•Experience managing a 8–20-person crew.
•5-years of relevant experience working in a civil engineering, large infrastructure construction background
•Project experience needed
site type: Roads, bridges, railways, pipelines, utilities
vertical projects: skyscrapers, office buildings, apartments, and other commercial structures
•Experience shooting grade or testing the elevation of a construction project in order to level or slope it
•Experience working with heavy gauge pipes on large pipe projects
•Able to work onsite 5-6 days per week •Experience with larger teams in a commercial construction environment
•Strong communication background.
•Safety Cert(s) null
