Our holistic approach delivers key results for our customers by achieving cloud driven modernization and workplace and operational transformation to run the business in a secure environment. **Role and Responsibilities:** A "Ping Access Onboarding Lead" is a specialized role focused on guiding and supporting customers or internal teams in the successful implementation and integration of Ping Access, a platform for web access management and API security. + Application Onboarding: Leading the process of integrating applications with Ping Access for secure access control. + Access Policy Configuration: Designing and configuring access policies within Ping Access to enforce security requirements. + Workflow Automation: Identifying opportunities and implementing automated workflows related to access management processes. + Implementing Security Solutions: Contributing to the implementation of solutions such as SSO, MFA, identity federation, and access governance. + Technical Consulting: Providing technical guidance and expertise to customers or internal teams regarding Ping Identity solutions, including PingFederate, PingAccess, PingDirectory, and PingOne for Customers. + Troubleshooting and Support: Assisting with troubleshooting and resolving access-related issues, including provisioning, authentication, and access policies. + Documentation: Creating and maintaining documentation related to Ping Access configurations, customizations, and best practices. + Collaboration: Working closely with various teams, including IAM Architects, implementation partners, development teams, and customers, to ensure the successful delivery of IAM solutions. + Maintaining Compliance: Ensuring compliance with security policies, audit requirements, and industry standards. + Customer Success Focus: If in a customer-facing role, fostering positive customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction with Ping Identity solutions. **Responsibilities:** · Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM): Significant experience in IAM, with a focus on Ping Identity products like PingFederate and PingAccess. · Technical Expertise: Strong technical understanding of web security, IAM solutions, federation, and relevant protocols like SAML, OAuth, and OIDC. · Ping Identity Suite Knowledge: Hands-on experience with PingFederate, PingAccess, PingDirectory, and PingOne for Customers. · Implementation and Design Experience: Experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Ping Identity solutions. · Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to access and identity. · Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders, both technical and non-technical. · Project Management: Demonstrated project/program management experience. · Leadership/Mentoring: Experience in leading teams or guiding others on IAM best practices. **\#LI-EF1** **\#CB** **\#Ind123** Applications will be accepted until 7 July 2025. **Salary and Other Compensation:** The annual salary for this position is between $[114,500 - 134,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
