Marin Country Club is seeking an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and customer service oriented pickleball teaching professional to join our racquets program. This individual will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction, fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment, and helping to grow participation in the club’s pickleball program. The role is part-time, with flexible hours that may include mornings, evenings, and weekends based on member needs and programming.
Responsibilities:
Provide private lessons, semi-private lessons, and group clinics
Organize and run social events, mixers and club tournaments
Work with DOR to develop and implement new pickleball programs and events
Assist with setting up nets and court maintenance tasks as needed
Qualifications:
1-2 years of pickleball teaching experience
Certification from IPTPA, RSPA, or equivalent
Exceptional interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willing to obtain)
Work Schedule & Compensation:
Part-time position with flexible hours
Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour; Compensation includes base hourly base, plus commission on lessons and clinics, commensurate with experience
