Treviso Bay Country Club is seeking a passionate and experienced Pickleball Instructor/Coordinator to lead and grow our vibrant pickleball program. This role blends hands-on instruction with strategic program development and member engagement. The ideal candidate thrives in a private club setting, brings energy and expertise to the court, and is dedicated to delivering outstanding service to our members.

Full-time Seasonal: October through April. Additional income from teaching Clinics and Private Lessons.

Position Summary This role combines on-court instruction with program development and member engagement. The ideal candidate is passionate about pickleball, enjoys working in a private club environment, and is committed to providing exceptional service to members.   Key Responsibilities: Provide private and group pickleball lessons to players of all ages and skill levels. Organize, promote, and manage pickleball events, socials, round robins, and tournaments. Implement seasonal pickleball programs and clinics for beginner, intermediate, and advanced players. Work with the Director of Racquet Sports to grow participation and elevate the member experience. Serve as the main point of contact for all pickleball-related inquiries. Maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-organized court environment. Coordinate whiteboard system Enforce club rules and etiquette. Actively engage with members to foster community and promote pickleball activities. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in pickleball or racquet sports. Certified Pickleball Instructor (PPR or IPTPA) preferred. Strong playing ability with knowledge of rules, strategy, and current trends in the game. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to lead and motivate players of all skill levels. Previous experience in a private club or resort environment is a plus. Schedule: Full-Time Seasonal: October through April Monday – Friday Saturdays as needed Compensation: $20 per hour (base) Additional income through: Clinics: $35 per participant Private lessons: $90 per lesson
