Job Title: Picker Packers – Hand Packing Orders

Location: Ada, Michigan

Pay Range: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour plus a $2 per hour attendance bonus

Shifts Available: All shifts (Day, Evening, Night)

Job Description:

A local company is seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team in various production and warehouse roles. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production and distribution processes.

Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain production machinery Assemble and package products Perform quality checks on products Load and unload materials Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety protocols and procedures

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Strong attention to detail Good communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in a production or warehouse setting is a plus, but not required
