**Responsibilities** + As a Vascular Access Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing specialized vascular access care, with a focus on Peripherally Inserted Central Catheters (PICC lines) + Vascular Access Procedures: + Perform the insertion, maintenance, and removal of Peripherally Inserted Central Catheters (PICC lines) with precision and adherence to best practices + Utilize ultrasound guidance for optimal catheter placement + Monitor and assess the condition of vascular access sites, ensuring the highest standards of care + Infusion Therapy: + Administer and manage intravenous (IV) therapies, medications, and fluids as prescribed by healthcare providers + Monitor patients during infusion therapy, assessing for any adverse reactions and taking appropriate actions + Patient Education: + Educate patients and their families about the purpose, care, and maintenance of PICC lines and other vascular access devices + Provide comprehensive instructions on infection prevention and self-care to ensure patient safety + Collaboration and Communication: + Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans We are offering a **_sign on bonus up to $25,000_** to hires who meet the eligibility requirements.
