Psychiatrist Opportunity – Outpatient & Inpatient Practice Models Available

Logan Health is actively recruiting a Board Eligible/Board Certified Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to join our dynamic Behavioral Health team in Kalispell, MT.

About the Practice

Referral Base: Large referral base across multiple specialtiesPopulation Served: ~130,000 across Flathead and Lincoln CountiesPractice Model: Choose from Outpatient, Inpatient, or a hybrid roleEMR: Meditech (transitioning to Oracle by 2027)

Outpatient Team

3 Full-Time Providers: 2 Psychiatrists (MD) + 1 PMHNPTreat a full spectrum of Behavioral Health conditionsPanel size: 300–900 patients depending on provider tenureDaily volume: 12–18 patientsNo cap on patient volume; 2-year ramp-up with guaranteed salary

Support You Can Count On

Dedicated Administrative & Clinical support staffLPN support for providersIntegrated care with LCSW, LCPC, LMFT therapists on-siteSmooth transitions between outpatient and inpatient care

Schedule & Call

Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PMInpatient Call: 1:7 rotation (Friday 5 PM–Monday 7 AM)Weekday Call: 1:7 rotation (Mon–Thurs)Note: All psychiatrists, including outpatient-only, participate in inpatient callInpatient Census: Avg. 18–25 patients; 40-bed unit across Adult, Child/Adolescent, and Special Care
