Full-spectrum, referral-based practice including otology, facial plastic, and head & neck surgeryCurrently 2 full-time Otolaryngology physicians in the department1:3 weekday call; 1:6 weekend call.  Weekend call is shared with another group in the community.Practice supported by 2 Physician Assistants who do consults, patient visits, follow-up, and surgical assistanceIntegrated Audiology department offering a broad range of servicesAdmit to two hospitals located on campus and connected by enclosed skywalk systemEssentia Health Duluth Medical Center - 175-bed specialized care facilitySt. Mary’s Medical Center – Brand new, state of the art facilityChildren’s hospital designation at St. Mary’s Medical CenterOpportunity for teaching Medical Students and Family Practice ResidentsClinical research opportunitiesFlexible 4.5-day work weekDaVinci XI Robots available at 2 operating sitesDedicated OR block time. Compensation

$525,000. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
