+ **Balanced Call Schedule:** Enjoy a 1:9 compensated call rotation at a Level 1 Trauma Center, supported by a dedicated call APP and surgical assistant. With approximately 30 call nights per year, maintain a healthy work-life balance. Working towards full call coverage by orthopedic trauma service.
+ **Advanced Technology:** Utilize the EPIC Electronic Health Record system to streamline patient care and enhance efficiency.

**Requirements:**
+ Board Certified/Board Eligible in Orthopedics
+ Fellowship in Sports Medicine

**COMPENSATION:**
+ **$658,000.** Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
