Job Overview Fairview at M Health Fairview St. John's Hospital seeks a Board Certified/ Board Eligible Internal Medicine physician to join the Casual Hospitalist team. M Health Fairview St. John's Hospital is a 200 bed community hospital with a high level of services, certified as a level III trauma center. Semi-open ICU model with ability to co-manage with on site Intensivists. Procedures and vent management are not required. Open to all levels of experience. 10-11 rounders on per day, 2 providers on for evening and 2 nocturnists. No procedures required. Practice Details: Casual - work on an as needed basis Shift Hours: AM Rounder: 7 am - 6 pm AM Swing Shift: 7 am - 6 pm PM Swing Shift: 12 pm - 10 pm PM Swing Shift: 2 pm - 1 am Nocturnist Shift: 9 pm - 8 am Exceptional group of physicians with collegial relationships with all specialty groups that practice within the health system Average 12-15 patients for AM shifts and 5-10 patients for PM shifts Work with a collegial group of over 30 hospitalists Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC) Community Information: M Health Fairview St. John’s Hospital, is part of Fairview Health Services, opened in Maplewood in 1985. Compensation Disclaimer The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills,knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Positions withthe same min/max are flat rate jobs based on 40 hours/week. Compensation plans based on production can allow for higher pay than the range posted.
