This is a growth position!OB for this position is optionalNewer clinic with state-of-the-art technology, attached to St. Mary's Hospital-SuperiorWeekend clinic call is 1:8 (1:9 starting September ’23). Weeknight call 1:8 (1:9 starting September ’23)Multi-specialty group that consists of FP, IM and NP/PA’s - along with integrated Behavioral Health providing 4 Psychotherapists, 1 Behavioral Health NP, 1 Behavioral Health MD (via Telehealth) and an onsite Behavioral Health Adult Partial Hospitalization ProgramOver 20 outreach specialists including Ophthalmology, ENT, Audiology OBGYN, General Surgery, Weight Management, Diabetes, Nephrology, Rheumatology, Pulmonology, Pain Management, Orthopedic Med & Surg, Podiatry, Cardiology, Tobacco Cessation, Mediation Therapy Management, Gastroenterology, Vascular Surgery and Urology all on-site as well as others available at the main campus in DuluthNurse-on-line triage 24/7EPIC (electronic medical records) in clinic and hospitalAdmit to St. Mary's Hospital-Superior, a 25-bed CAH facility with transitional care services. ER physicians staff the ED, along with a PA who staffs the Fast Track ER. Transfers complex cases to St. Mary's Medical Center, 330 bed facility (7 miles from clinic) with Level 1 Trauma designationUrgent Care – staffed 7 days a week with NP/PA providersPhysician led, professionally managed organization with great team environmentCompetitive Salary and Benefit Package including malpractice and tail coverageMinimum 6-weeks’ time off per year

COMPENSATION

$308,000. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
