\n\nPosition Overview:
\nWe are seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Cardiovascular and Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (TOS) team at our Dallas Heart and Vascular Hospital. This role offers a flexible schedule (30-40 hours per week) and an exciting mix of outpatient and inpatient care, with some OR expectations. You will be responsible for managing cardiovascular follow-up patients and supporting procedures related to Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (TOS).
\nThis is a unique opportunity for someone passionate about cardiovascular care who seeks the balance of patient interaction and surgical support, all without the expectation of call or weekend shifts.
\n\nKey Responsibilities:
\n\n\nProvide comprehensive care for patients with Cardiovascular conditions and Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (TOS), including pre- and post-operative care.
\n\n\nPerform clinical evaluations and follow-ups in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
\n\n\nCollaborate closely with attending physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare providers to manage patient care.
\n\n\nAssist in OR settings during cardiovascular procedures, ensuring patient safety and effective care.
\n\n\nMaintain patient documentation, including clinical notes, histories, and treatment plans.
\n\n\nEducate patients and families on disease prevention, treatment options, and lifestyle management.

EDUCATION - Grad of an Accredited ProgramEXPERIENCE - Less than 1 Year of ExperienceCERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION
Basic Life Support (BLS): Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire or transfer.Physician Assistants (PA): Must have a PA license through the state of TX.
