Your Role: Primary Care Physician Assistant – Community Care

\n

As a licensed, certified Physician Assistant, you will independently deliver a broad scope of primary care services for patients of all ages in mobile clinic settings. This includes preventive care, chronic disease management, and post-discharge support for vulnerable populations.

\n

Location: Dallas, TX + 5 Surrounding Counties
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend community events

\n

What You’ll Do:

\n\nPerform comprehensive or problem-focused health assessments\nDiagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based practices\nOrder and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies\nPrescribe medications and therapeutic interventions\nDevelop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians and care teams\nEducate and counsel patients on disease management, medications, lifestyle, and prevention\nPerform in-scope procedures (as credentialed and delegated)\nDocument care in EMRs and coordinate appropriate referrals\nSupport population health initiatives and quality care metrics\nFoster long-term patient relationships and community trust \n\n

Skills & Attributes:

\n\nStrong clinical acumen with a focus on whole-person care\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nAbility to work autonomously in non-traditional care settings\nComfort with mobile/field-based practice and community engagement\nProficiency with EMRs and digital health tools\n\n

QUALIFICATIONS

What You’ll Bring:

\n\nEducation: Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program\nExperience: 1 year of clinical experience required (primary care experience preferred)\nLicensure & Certification:\nCurrent Texas PA license (or ability to obtain)\nCertification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)\nBasic Life Support (BLS) certification (within 30 days of hire)\n\n
