However, official employment is contingent upon the successful completion of an accredited physician assistant program, NCCPA certification and TPAB/TMB physician assistant licensure._ **Position Summary:** We are seeking a motivated and team-oriented Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic Outpatient Otolaryngology (ENT) practice. This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of ENT surgeons and advanced practice providers in a high-volume academic surgical specialty clinic setting. **Training and Onboarding:** The PA will undergo a structured 8–12 month training period that includes supervised clinical rotations across all major ENT subspecialties, including: + General Otolaryngology + Rhinology & Allergy + Laryngology + Otology/Neurotology + Head & Neck Oncology + Pediatric ENT Training will occur in both faculty and PA-led clinics and will be focused on developing clinical acumen, procedural proficiency, and specialty-specific knowledge with on-the-job training and didactic activities. **Post-Training Practice Model:** Upon successful completion of the training period, the PA will conduct independent clinic sessions under indirect supervision of a collaborating physician in accordance with state licensure and institutional policy.
