Position Summary:\n
The Physician and Provider Recruitment Sourcer at Centralus, a division of Cayuga Health, is an essential member of the Provider Recruitment team. This role is responsible for proactively advertising, marketing, and creating and maintaining a social media presence for the department, to attract and engage qualified physician and advanced practice provider candidates. In collaboration with physician recruiters and department leaders, the source builds robust candidate pipelines to meet the health system's provider staffing needs, supporting quality care delivery across the Cayuga Health network. \n

Key Responsibilities:\n\nExecute strategic sourcing initiatives for physician and APP roles using various platforms\n(LinkedIn, Practice Match, Recruiter Networks, Doximity, HealtheCareers, YM, PracticeLink, social media, and medical databases\/associations)\nObtain and maintain requisitions and practice profiles for each position\nDevelop and maintain advertising, marketing and social media for the department\nIdentify candidates through proactive outreach and engagement with residency and fellowship programs, online forums, conferences, and referral networks.\nConduct\/ assist with initial candidate outreach and pre-screening to assess fit and interest.\nCoordinate with recruitment team members to support scheduling and candidate follow-up.\nCreate Robust media campaigns in collaboration with the marketing and communications team\nAccurately document candidate activity in the applicant tracking system and maintain up-to-date sourcing metrics\nCollaborate with marketing and communications to develop compelling outreach materials and support employer branding campaigns.\nProvide data insights to improve sourcing strategies, including market intelligence and specialty-specific trends\nRepresent Centralus and Cayuga Health with professionalism and a commitment to a high-touch, personalized candidate experience\nWork collaboratively with Marketing and Communications to create and maintain branding across department ads, social media, and marketing endeavors\n\n
Qualifications:\n\nAssociate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred\nProficiency with Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office\nKnowledge of marketing and advertising platforms\nProficiency with sourcing tools, including applicant trackers and databases\nExcellent research and organizational skills\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment\n
