The salary range for this position is $260,000 - $300,000 (Annually)

Northwestern Medicine is expanding its Palliative Care program across health network locations throughout the Chicago suburbs. We are seeking compassionate, innovative physicians to be part of this ambitious initiative to expand what is already the premier Palliative Medicine program in Chicagoland.

Qualifications:

Fellowship trained in Hospice and Palliative MedicineBE/BC in Hospice and Palliative Medicine

Responsibilities:

A mix of inpatient and outpatient careSymptom managementDevelop and facilitate goals of care in the inpatient and outpatient settingParticipate in process improvement and program development
