**Employment Type:** Full time **Shift:** Evening Shift **Description:** Records progress notes daily after treatment, patient charges are accurate and statistical data is complete; provides assistance to Physical Therapists in performance of evaluations and re-evaluations; assists in treatment planning, goal setting and discharge planning; performs treatments delegated by the Physical Therapist; utilizes techniques; including exercise, physical agents, hydrotherapy and wound care; demonstrates skill and knowledge ;necessary to insure assessment, treatment and care, is appropriate to the age of the patients served.
