Sign On-Bonus: $5,000 - 1YR COMMITMENT (half 30 days; half at one year)

Full Time Days

M/W 7:30-4:30, T/Thurs 9-6:30, F-8-4 

Administer physical therapy treatments and procedures under supervision of a physical therapist.May assist in the development of treatment plans, carry out routine functions, and document the progress of treatment within the scope of treatment plans established by a physical therapist.Provides age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers.Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by identified team members.

Education:

Associate Level Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant (Required)

Certification:

Basic Life Support (BLS) - Certification - American Heart Association (AHA) RQIAmerican Heart Association (AHA) RQIAmerican Heart Association (AHA) RQI

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:$28.28 - $47.13. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
