Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessmentPatient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a dayTimely and accurate documentation using Therapy SourceInterpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reportsEnsuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accuratelyPromoting continuous quality improvementInstructing and counseling patients/families as needed Qualifications Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations. Responsibilities BSW Rehab Weatherford and Aledo clinics are seeking a full time, physical therapist to join our team to split between our Weatherfordand Aledo Clinics, working Weatherford 3 days and Aledo 2 short days. We provide high-level care to a wide variety of patients in a
