BSW Rehab Fort Worth Carter is seeking a full time physical therapist to join our team! We provide high-level care to a wide variety of active adults with general orthopedic diagnoses, including post-surgical conditions, sports-related injuries, work-related injuries, and some high level neurological diagnoses. The ideal candidate will have solid manual therapy skills, be motivated, innovative, organized, autonomous, and eager to contribute to program development. This environment encourages clinician development including certifications and specializations depending on the passions of the clinician. Mentorship available and NEW GRADS ARE ENCOURAGED to apply! Shift hours are variable and the clinic hours are: 7 AM – 6 PM, Monday – Thursday and 7 AM – 3 PM on Friday, early and/or late shifts are required.

Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessmentPatient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a dayTimely and accurate documentation using Therapy SourceInterpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reportsEnsuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accuratelyPromoting continuous quality improvementInstructing and counseling patients/families as needed Qualifications Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
