Responsibilities

eeking FT Physical Therapist to treat primarily a neurologic caseload which would include, but not be limited to stroke, Parkinson's disease, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, amputees, vestibular, etc. If caseload is low, candidate would be expected to treat orthopedic patients as well. Ideal candidate is proactive, interested in program development, and is a team player. 

 

 

Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessmentPatient Case Load Average: 8 patients a dayTimely and accurate documentation using Therapy SourceInterpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reportsEnsuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accuratelyPromoting continuous quality improvementInstructing and counseling patients/families as needed Qualifications Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
