Responsibilities

Frisco Main is seeking a full-time PT to treat primarily a neuro caseload with diagnoses including, but not limited to: Parkinson's Disease, CVA, TBI, SCI, amputations, vestibular, MS, ALS, GBS, etc. Ideal candidate is proactive, interested in program development, adaptable, and a team player.

 

Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessmentPatient Case Load Average: 8 patients a dayTimely and accurate documentation using Therapy SourceInterpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reportsEnsuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accuratelyPromoting continuous quality improvementInstructing and counseling patients/families as needed Qualifications Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
