This role establishes individualized physical therapy goals, provides treatments, and regularly reassesses patient progress, documenting all findings accurately. **Schedule: Days, PRN, as needed, schedule varies** **Qualifications** + Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) required + 0-2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting required **Licenses and Certifications** + PT - Physical Therapist license in the state of employment required + BCLS - Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire required **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities** + Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles, therapeutic techniques, and safety standards. + Ability to perform comprehensive evaluations and develop effective treatment plans. + Proficiency in using therapy equipment and technology for documentation and billing. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. + Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and maximize productivity. + Commitment to professional development and adherence to ethical and legal standards. **About Gadsden Regional Medical Center** Gadsden Regional Medical Center is your community healthcare provider, a 346-bed facility with inpatient and outpatient care.
