Position: Physical Therapist - Pelvic- KORT- Louisville

Location: 4420 Dixie Highway Suite 122 Shively, KY 40216

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Compensation: starting at $68,000 annual base

Incentives: potential for $10,000 sign on bonus and $4200 student debt benefit

Minimum Qualifications:

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school Outpatient Physical Therapy Experience in the last 5 years with pelvic health case loadOutpatient pelvic health clinical rotation if a current studentCurrent State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practiceCPR certification Additional Data
