Addison Gilbert Hospital is a 79-bed medical acute care facility that provides inpatient and outpatient care to residents of the Cape Ann Community. Under the supervision of the manager and working within their scope of practice as part of a multidisciplinary team, the Physical Therapist I assesses, plans, organizes, and participates in rehabilitative programs that improve or restore physical function, alleviate pain and prevent dysfunction in patients with impairments, functional limitations, disabilities or changes in physical function and health status from injury, disease or other causes. **Minimum Qualifications:** •  Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program •  Current Massachusetts Physical Therapy license •  Current BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) certification •  Strong interpersonal and communication skills •  Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team **As a health care organization, we have a responsibility to do everything in our power to care for and protect our patients, our colleagues and our communities.
