Work Schedule: 

PRN role with variable shifts, Minimum of 16 hours on weekends every 4 weeks, Shifts start as early as 6am and end as late as 6pm. Weekday shifts available as needed. 

QualificationsGraduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (or foreign equivalent as determined by the State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulation). RequiredParticipates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and complete mandatory CEUs as required. RequiredWork Experience Licenses & CertificationsCPR certification. RequiredCurrent license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure per department policy.
