Physical Therapist in Outpatient Therapy Unit at St Joseph Hospital Eureka, CA. This position is Full time and will work 8-hour Day Shifts.

The Staff Physical Therapist is responsible for completing evaluations, developing written treatment plans, and providing on-going treatments that are designed to improve the patient's functional status in conjunction with overall treatment objectives.

Required qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; graduation from accredited college or university. Or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy; graduation from accredited college or university. upon hire: California Physical Therapist License. upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Preferred qualifications:

1 year experience
