Colonial Heights Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is now hiring a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide rehabilitation services to our patients.

The PTA will be responsible for implementing programs developed by the Physical Therapist in compliance with all local, state and federal regulations. The successful candidate will also collaborate with facility staff to enhance the physical, mental and social well-being for patients.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program.

Current VA State PTA License.

Experience in Assisted Living/SNF settings preferred.

Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Minimum of one-year experience in an acute care facility, outpatient setting, community health service or Home Health agency in the past two years as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) preferred.
