Dynamic Outpatient Orthopedic Rehabilitation seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team, working under the supervision of licensed Physical Therapists to help patients recover from musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical procedures, and chronic orthopedic conditions. This role involves hands-on patient care, exercise instruction, and progress documentation in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. · Implement individualized treatment plans designed by the Physical Therapist.
· Instruct and assist patients with therapeutic and functional activities.
· Monitor patient responses and communicate progress or concerns to the Physical Therapist.
· Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
· Collaborate with the rehab team to optimize patient outcomes.
Requirements
· Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
·Current, active Physical Therapist Assistant License from the Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners
· Strong understanding of orthopedic conditions and rehabilitation protocols.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· 1+ years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
· Experience with post-operative rehab (e.g., ACL reconstruction, rotator cuff repair, total joint replacement).
