Physical Therapist

The practice of physical therapy shall include assessment, treatment planning and implementation, education, communication and demonstration of leadership to address the needs of patients and their families.  Requires limited supervision.  The majority of the patient care will be performed in an inpatient hospital setting.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team on a per diem/on-call basis. We offer a competitive flat base hourly pay rate of $51.00 per hour.

This role is an onsite position and will report onsite daily as scheduledFlexibility to work a rotating schedule, including weekends & holidays as scheduledThis role requires for you to be located within a commutable distance of our office location listed below:Texas: LubbockAvailable Shifts:Per Diem/ On Call, DayNote: Positions specified as “on call/per diem” refer to employment consisting of shifts scheduled on an “as needed basis” to fill in for staff vacancies.

Required qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited physical therapy programUpon Hire: Texas Physical Therapy Assistant LicenseUpon Hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Preferred qualifications:

2 Years experience in rehabilitation.Neonatal Therapist: Degree from accredited program
