Physical Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and helping individuals improve their mobility, manage pain, and prevent further injury. This role requires strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
Responsibilities Include:
Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
Use therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and equipment to improve patient mobility and function.
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and injury prevention.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.
