The Star in Frisco is currently looking for a full-time orthopedic physical therapist to join their current team of 9 PT’s and 3 OT’s. We are looking for a strong ortho PT to treat high level outpatient orthopedic conditions along the entire age continuum. An ideal candidate would be self-motivated, have their OCS or interest in obtaining this certification, strong manual skills, and be dry needling certified.
Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessmentPatient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a dayTimely and accurate documentation using TherapEBridge Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reportsEnsuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accuratelyPromoting continuous quality improvementInstructing and counseling patients/families as needed Qualifications Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
