**About the Role**
We have an exciting opportunity for a **Physical Therapist (Direct Hire Contractor – 3-year contract)** . This role will be based in **6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines** .
The Physical Therapist (Repetitive Stress Injury Prevention Specialist) is responsible for designing and implementing ergonomic solutions to improve workplace safety, efficiency, and comfort. This role involves conducting ergonomic assessments, developing intervention strategies, and providing training to employees. The RSIP Specialist will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that ergonomic principles are integrated into workplace design and practices. The position will report to the Senior Occupational Health Specialist.
**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:**
+ Conduct comprehensive ergonomic assessments of workstations, tools, behaviors, and equipment to identify potential ergonomic risks
+ Develop and implement ergonomic intervention strategies to reduce the risk of musculoskeletal disorders and improve employee comfort and productivity
+ Provide training and education to employees on ergonomic principles, proper body mechanics, design individual exercise programs and injury prevention techniques
+ Monitor, document, and analyze ergonomic-related injury data to identify trends and areas for improvement
+ Prepare and present ergonomic assessment reports and recommendations to relevant stakeholders
+ Participate in the development and review of company policies and procedures related to ergonomics and workplace safety
+ Review, evaluate, and analyze work environments, human factors, and design programs and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy or occupational therapy
+ Must be a licensed physical therapist or occupational therapist
+ Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in clinical setting, occupational health, or sports-related field
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Effective communication and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
