This clinic specializes in sports med, ortho, dry needling, vestibular, concussion, industrial and ACL programs.
Select Physical Therapy Naugatuck is an outpatient physical therapy center with a high orthopedic patient population. We support Naugatuck High School athletics by employing a full time athletic training. This center sees a high volume of athletes as a result of this contract. Facility is a 2000 square foot open area that allows for sports specific training to support our patient population.
