Qualifications:

Required:

Must meet basic professional entry-level educational requirements from an accredited physical therapy program,Licensed to work in the state of NJ,BLS through the American Heart Association,Computer literate,Successful completion of all required orientation programs,Experience in acute care setting preferred,

Essential Functions:

Analyzes gate to make appropriate recommendations for assisted devicesAssesses the patients’ balance, coordination, proprioception abilitiesCollaborates with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive services to meet individual needsDevelops a treatment plan based on patients’ functional abilitiesEvaluates and treats the muscular, skeletal, neurological and cardiovascular patientsMakes referral recommendations for additional patient care services as requiredWorks with the referring physician for individual needsPerforms other duties as assigned
