We provide a variety of outpatient physical therapy services for individuals of all ages and activity levels. We specialize in orthopedic rehabilitation, sports injuries, and pain management, taking a “hands-on” approach to every patient we encounter. Having prompt, appropriate treatment can contribute to a faster recovery. **Job Description**
+ Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation results
+ Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines
+ Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers
+ Complete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goals
+ Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments
+ Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues.
+ Ensure timely documentation, including daily notes, progress reports, initial evaluations, and discharge summaries through electronic medical record.

**Qualifications**
+ Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program. **New graduates are encouraged to apply, we’d love for you to start your career with us!**
+ Current state of North Dakota license and CPR certification
+ Ability to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation-setting treatment plans or willingness to learn
+ Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment
+ Basic PC skills and knowledge, including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
