Certification/LicensurePhysical Therapy License (Required)ExperiencePerforms modalities/therapeutic interventions by accepted standards of care and department policies and procedures. Provides effective instruction to the patient and family through standardized educational programs and/or individualized training. Initiate, develop, and maintain collaborative interactions with internal and external team members, patients, and families to improve patient outcomes. Selects and performs the appropriate assessment procedures. Establishes and updates formal plan of care to address individual patient needs. Participation in at least 2-3 professional activities to promote employees' clinical specialty and further Sentara's mission. Productive and efficient in daily operations.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:$100,568.00-$167,606.40. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
