You will review patient charts, perform assessments, develop treatment plans, administer physical therapy treatments, and monitor progress. Your role includes discharge planning and patient education to enhance overall functioning and reduce discomfort.

Responsibilities:

Serve as a clinical instructor for physical therapy students and residents. Perform assessments, treatments, and supervise PTAs for patients of all ages. Develop and adjust care plans based on patient response. Document all services rendered and co-sign PTA documentation. Provide home instructions to patients and families. Schedule patients to maintain productivity standards.
