**Employment Type:** Full time **Shift:** Day Shift **Description:** **Highlights:** + Full time position, outpatient setting. The physical therapist will assume autonomous responsibility for evaluating patient’s need for physical therapy. This will include the creation of treatment plans and the execution of those individual patient-based treatment programs in accordance with the State of Michigan Public Health Code Act 368 of 1978.
