Overview We are seeking aPhysical Therapist (PT),internally referred to as our Rehab Therapist or Physiotherapist . This is an opportunity to work one-on-one with patients in a collaborative environment. This position is on a per diem basis, meaning PD/PRN. Shift’s Available: Days Employment Type: Per Diem (PD/PRN) Hours: 8-hour Variable Shift Location : Providence Medical Center - Kansas City, KS Here are some of the benefits of working at Prime Healthcare: + Competitive compensation + Medical insurance benefit plan + 401K Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to): + Provide medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services, within scope of practice, in order to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary disorders + Work closely with our physicians and providers to plan treatments to ensure the best possible patient outcomes + Perform responsibilities in accordance with department and hospital policies, state, federal and regulatory licensing and accrediting requirements + Function according to professional practice as an integral member of the interdisciplinary care team + Be responsible for: back pain, knee pain, stiff neck, sciatica help, arthritis pain relief, appropriate stretches + Our clinic hours are Monday through Thursday 7:30a - 6:00p and Friday 7:30a - 3:00p + hours/shifts are flexible Qualifications Before we go any further, we do have some deal-breakers.
